2. How to Return an Item

  • Send it to the return address provided in our response.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

4️⃣ Processing & Refund

  • Once received, your return will be inspected within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank).
  • PayPal & Other Payment Methods: 3-5 business days.

📌 Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
  • If the return is approved, we will refund the product cost minus return shipping fees (unless otherwise stated).

4. Exchanges

🚀 Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible products. Follow the same return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange instead of a refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Please:

7. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If it’s our fault (wrong item, defective product): We cover return shipping costs.
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
